Larry Adler the world famous harmonica player put together this personal compilation of humorous anecdotes and vignettes which are accompanied by a delightful selection of his original sketches and cartoons.
Larry Adler wrote numerous TV and film scores including The Great Chase, High Wind in Jamaica and Genevieve, (for which he was nominated for an Academy Award). Vaughan Williams, amongst others, was inspired to compose specially for him. On his most recent CD The Glory of Gershwin, Larry Adler recorded Music with Sting, Elton John, Cher, Peter Gabriel and Sinead O'Connor.
In this last book Larry Adler offered what he himself described as "an enjoyable glimpse into the nature of humour." Readers will be enthralled.
